Anyone still PIC glitched? Cos I am

I just wanna see if people are stlil suffering from the PIC glitch/bug from the scania server crash. No this is not the regular dcs u get at login screen or a dc when u log into the game...at this point users who suffer from this glitch type in there PIC and immediately MS closes out. People have tried many things, I still have not found a solution....If you are suffering from this Write something below...cos I can't play my bishop and it has 300m+ of items...great guild (that I might get kicked for inactivity) and frankly I can't leech my own characters now.

Had that like 2 months ago when dual blades came out but not anymore lol.. :/

idk I sent them like 2 tickets and they didn't reply but after a server check I got on and it worked. you just have to wait

I had that, back when it originally happened (when AP/SP resets first came out and people seemed to get PIC glitched from using AP resets). I sent a ticket right away, and after the next SC it was fixed. They ignore my tickets (closed them right away), but at least it was resolved. I'm sorry to hear you're still having this issue. It's BS, since it wasn't your fault or anything- it's a glitch on Nexon's side. I'd just keep trying to be persistent with the tickets, post to their forums (I had started a 'who is still getting DCd after entering PIC' thread and kept it at the top of Nexon's glitch forum, etc...
