Looks like the Preacher with the "celebration Burn the Quran day" hit home. He's cancelled the day to negotiate in NY for the new location of the Community center being built, on monday though. Man, if this isn't a government blackbox I don't know what is haha. Obama: I DONT AGREE WITH THE REDNECK -thinktank-Obama: Okay with that lie out of the way lets bribe him to do like a..a.. Cheney popping out of the table: BURN A QURAN DAY Obama: GENIUS, CALL HIM, OFFER HIM A PIECE OF INDIAN LAND WE OWE SOME INDIAN.

Gee, this sure is a biased poll consisting of mostly loaded questions. No, I don't think this is some type of scheme. That doesn't even make sense; the government was hardly involved in this at all (unless the Fire Department not giving him a burning permit counts). Anyway, I'm glad the Imam decided to move the community center rather than have the Korans be burned. Burning them would just make the entirety of America look real bad. The position of a community center/mosque isn't too important, the desecration of a religion is. To be able to step back and say "Alright, you're a nutcase, but I'll comply with your demands." isn't a bad thing. I liken it to a hostage situation; you can either compromise, or lose something. The guy holding the hostages may be a nutcase, but he's a nutcase willing to do something crazy.

It being a community center I don't mind it's production, a mosque I don't agree with. As for the book burning, I'm completely against it, it's a can of worms we don't want to open. I just thought it was funny how things played out is all. Neutral=not against, in this case because I didn't have enough poll options lmao.

my thoughts on the mosque at ground zero: BUILD IT, seriously people claim that Islam teaches death to the Christians and Jews. NO! the Koran preaches peace and actually accepts Christ and many of the other Christian and Jewish prophets as prophets (they don't consider Jesus the messiah, but a prophet.) There is nothing/VERY little in the Koran that supports what Islamic radicals are doing. people also say the government should stop trying to control our lives, yet now they want them to take action...contradiction much?

So taking bets: A) Redneck gets assassinated, death by plane for irony B) Mosque owner gets assassinated, redneck blows himself up for irony C) Redneck get's his way.

You're not either Pro-Life or Anti-Life, you're either Pro-Life or Pro-Choice. People who are "for" the mosque don't specifically support "There needs to be a mosque/community center at that specific location", it's more like "I don't see why there shouldn't be." [/quote] It really is a terrible way to argue a point. It'd be like holding a nuke button and saying "I'M GONNA BLOW US UP IF YOU DON'T LISTEN TO ME, SO YOU BETTER COMPLY WITH MY DEMANDS!" Exaggeration, but the same general concept. The pastor himself holds no grounds or proof, he's just using force to get his way.
