Weird Alien Shoe Upgrade issue

So i was yesterday after the Sever maintence finish all my part 2 quests for the OSSS medals, I got my Uwana Cells and Dex Cores i had 21 dex shoes already, then i put the Uwana Cell on it and it said "You cannot use that item on this Equipment" http://i169.photobucket.com/albums/u202/rikvermeer/New%20maple%20pics/shoes.jpg I never got that message before until the server maintence, so i thought they changed it in the maintence so i decide to use them on my overall instead.. So today i was looking down new screenshots and then i seen these shoes: http://www.basilmarket.com/show/screen/186005#photo_top So i see you can upgrade it more then 9x, is there any way that i can keep upgrading it more the shoes? or does anybody else have the same problem that it is patched or changed during last maintence? Hope anybody can help me out

i guess then the bowman cant upgrade anymore to... i missed like 2 or 3 days so it is possible he scrolled it all days when i was offline to and he cant upgrade now anymore too i think.. (all i can do is ask the bowman from the screenshot?) Or the rest of you peeps who have this prob.

I have the same problem with my Str shoes only that i can't go past the +20 :| My guess its that uwana cells where screwed for the shoes or something.

I can't go past 5 uwana cells on my overall. stuck at +35 now.

I wrote about this yeserday has to be a glitch on my DB I have 18 Dex boots and will not let me do the Cell upgrade I hope they fix it for now I will cont to collect coins. Also Do we really get a chance at making these permanent, really stratin to wonder as the top says cant Extend time so does that mean bye,bye shoes or what have you?

Hmm oke i will not use them then until it gets fixed >_>... I hope it is a glitch and not meant to let us not get good scrolled shoes or something..

[/quote] They've had the faulty "Can't extend time limit" before, IIRC.
