I think I know why ppl didn't get their gacha

My theroy is only people that leveled from 1-4 or only level three times got their tickets. Because one of my mule is lv 4 and the other one are lv5 and lv19. And guess what? I only got five gacha. Well that's my guess. What do u guys think?

I have no idea. Though I think this is right. My char on my regular account was already lv 3 from the free 2x exp coupon event they had a while back. I leveled five times and got no gacha tickets.

Well.. the event said that if you leveled up three times you would get gacha tickets..

The event concluded saying selected winners got the gach tickets. A thread this morning confirmed it.
