Should I continue to upgrade my Visitor Armor ?

I got all 4 pieces upgraded 12 times to make them transform, but after that I just started saving the OSSS Medals. I have 1732 medals at this point & was thinking Id use them once stage 3 was patched in & we get the other items. So - now that the new items are out & some people have them by now, can anyone tell if I was right to save them ? Can you upgrade the rings / weapons / etc ? Is there anything I can do with these things now that I have them saved up ? Or should I just use them all & completely upgrade the suit with the remaining slots ? Thanks in advance.

Just upgrade them. You can't use the medals for anything else. The VIP weapons and equips are dropped by bosses in the Stage 3 PQ, so yeah...

Any suggestions on what kind of cores to add at this point ? Keep adding Dex ? Start adding Avoid (for PQ) ?
