So on my meteor katara i got 6% attack 3% magic after 1 cube. (from rare>epic). Should i keep cubing?

Whats the difference between % total damage and % att? I know that ones for total weapon atack, and ones only the wep att on your weapon, but which is which. Thank you.

Man. Im so disappointed with cubes. I did like 70 on my sky ski and got nowhere but epic. Its seriously one of the best scams they have going. Small price, but just enough to make tons.
