did we just get nex-own'd? i havent gotten my tix yet and now i see people saying it's a *chance* event which is utter bullsh3t. it doesnt even say that on the event page.. did i just waste an hr training 3 accounts to lvl 4?

You need Nexon's Rules or TOS? Yeah, you're not supposed to follow them since they aren't enforced. My proof is tha tthey themselves scam us.

I believe that it said the event only applied to those who's poptag accounts were created before the event.
