Self Door nonexistent in scania?

| I have been searching for a good while now, and no one seems to have the skill, or have a tradeable equip with it. Does anybody own or know someone that sells the skill? I would greatly appreciate any help with this. Also, if there are any haste sellers around, i would appreciate that too.
