Yo, I just read a thread that said we should get a Maple story Australia going. I agreed, but honestly don't mind the occasional patch. I just study or go chill with my mates. But then there's today... I get home from school, It wasn't a completely bad day... two exams. B-ball training after school til' 5pm. Then, once I finally arrived home, take a guess...... I turn on my computer.... go to maple's website to play some Maple story with my mates.....Its undergoing a patch... all while the rest of GMS is fast asleep in there cozy beds.... just to wake up to play some more maple. WHILE I'M ASLEEP, down here in Australia. Anyways, Peace ~ Maplestory Australia + 2

Im in Australia too, but who cares. The server check is once a week (allows you to get a life/do something else) and a patch once a month. Maple Oceania since there are some NZ/Pacific players too.

I'd hate AussieMS. There'd be about 5 people total playing it, and it'd be extremely boring. Also, naMS would be so far ahead of aMS I wouldn't see the point of playing it. Edit: At first poster. HI PETER!@

AustraliaMS would suck. We'd most likely be 50 patches behind, next to no people playing and there would be a virtual economy crisis.

I'm Australian and it will never happen, we simply do not have the population base to support our own version. Also if it were to theoretically happen do you really want to have to start over again in a new version, if you look at Brazil Maplestory they have no Leafre, Magatia, Amoria, no world tour, no 4th job, they barely have Zakum. If there was something such as OMS then it would start off with nothing.
