well i have this dragon tail and its stats are W.Att 104 Luk 9 Slots 0 U/h Not potential Not Enhanced please help me because some 1 is offering 50mill im not sure if i should take it D=

I had one about the same. I'd say 150-200. I would potential it. The value can only go up (If it turns out to be two-lined, cube and sell)

You can easily get 100+m for it, and I can vouch for it considering you're in mardia. Don't take the deal, probably a silly merchant, it's always them that say "I g2g in 30min, hurry! trade!".

Who the hell offered 50mil for it -_-"? tell that guy to go low-ball someone else, that 104/9 DT is easily 90m+. He has no right to be pissed, just ignore that idiot. Probably just another merchant (yes I said merchant because if you've noticed, all merchants low-ball :]) If you can't find an offer thats 90m+ because of your world, just MTS it. You should make him wait a whole month, then tell him you sold it :]. I hate lowballers that rush you -_-' and fail to make it seem like its a great offer.
