I've done it with 1K+ Jr Yeti Skins and I didn't get any. I got one from Lunar Pixies a while back but that was the only one. I guess it's something like 1/50 chance at the greatest. Very possible to be waaaaaay less.

very rare i've done probably 5K+ Zombie's Lost Tooth and haven't even gotten 1 fairy wing or scroll ><

scrolls and other items like icy/wing/ice are very rare to get from eq....usually i get al pots and end up npc them
