Obtaining Final Cut and CoH

I recently reached 4th job on my db and I've been following the ultimate db guide here on basil and it says I should add at lvl 120 1 sp to thorns, 1 sp to sudden raid, and 1 sp to final cut, problem is, I need a mastery book to learn final cut, so I was wondering, where do I obtain this mastery book book without having to buy one from someone else, and I know I will eventually have to use a mastery book for CoH so I was wondering how I get that mastery book as well, I heard that you're able to get these mastery books from a quest but I do not know the name of the quests or what lvl you get them at, your assistance is very much appreciated.

You get CoH 10 and Final Cut 10 from Zakum. You can also get them SoKed by players in the FM.

Zakum only drops them from what I heard.
