Equip enhancement scroll success rate question.

Hello basil i been wondering about this for awhile now. The equip enhancement scroll's success rate is based of of what? 1:How many scrolls worked when scrolling an item with regular scrolls.(Ie- Take a 116 clean alchupiz. say i scrolled it with 7 30%'s but only 5 worked. Would that make the equip enhancement scroll's success rate a 30% on the first try?) 2: Its based on the how many equip enhancement scrolls worked before the current one your about to use. I believe its option 2.if i understand correctly,im still sleepy. but umm.It works like this, on your first enhancement,it will always be 80%,meaning if your item has no stars near the title,it will be clean.And each scroll after that is -10%. Meaning on the the 6th enhancement it will be 60%,and it cant go under 10%,get it?
