Where should I train? P/C also

Hello I am a level 60 hunter and I was wondering where to train. At the moment I'm doing balrog party quest. I was wondering where else I should try? Can I have a p/c on 92atk +8 wep ATK from potential red hinkel is worth. So 100 weapon attack red hinkel

I would highly recommend going to windraiders, with 4 hours of 2x you could get to 65-66 from 60 easily. It can be tricky to get past the elder wraiths (they do 2.4k-2.5k touch damage) to get to the JQ, but just either arrow bomb the wraiths so they get stunned or get a higher leveled friend to guide you through. As for the 100 attack hinkel, 25-30m, maybe less now because of the fact that pink scrolls make it easy to get 100+ atk on any bow above a kandiva.
