Missing my ticks?

I leveled a poptag character from 1-4, as the event stated and I never got my ticks, yet some already have. O.o Is it taking a long time to distribute or are thye just not coming if they haven't already shown up?

It said on the original add that if you got a Poptag char 3 levels you would get 5 free gacha tickets. OT: I didn't get mine yet either.
