Banned untill 2038?

I have been playing maplestory for 3 years. I have also been a regular NX buyer since i started playing. I tried logging in today, only to be disconnected everytime that i tried going into a channel. I then started the game up from the launcher and received a message saying that i have been blocked from the game due to Illect advertising and promotion untill january 10th 2038 NEVER in my maplestory history have i ever done anything like this, and i have Never done anything wrong.. HAS ANYONE ELSE been banned in the last few days for doing nothing wrong? im hoping its all just a misunderstanding?

I dont get why you need to add " I have also been a regular nx buyer" that doesn't make you any different from anyone else, so why add it?

Means you got banned by a GM. AKA, permanent ban.

its not an ip ban. i can log into other accounts just fine. I dont know. I mean.. I logged off yesterday.. came on today and im banned....... i logged a ticket but they never read them..

yeah. I was in the skele mini dungeon for the past week training.. but ive had a fm mushie shop set up for the past 2 days.. all its said is <3 sale tho.. so i dont get it? and what i mean by a nx buyer is that i spent $200 on nx a few days ago. so basicly they just stole that amount of money from me cause i didnt get to use it..
