I was almost hit by a car today.

So yeah, My mom was driving me and my two younger brothers to visit my cousin. A couple minutes after we were driving, there was a three-way-stop sign intersection. One woman, an elderly woman, was driving fairly fast. My mom saw that she was pretty far away, and decided to make the left turn because she was waved on by the man to our right. As we were making the left turn, the elderly woman, SPED UP. At this point, I was getting nervous. The Woman blows the stop sign, and just barely stops, inches away from us. My mom screamed for a little bit. My brother's were startled and started crying. I didn't scream, guessing because I was so in shock, and I'm positive that if I didn't use the bathroom before we left, I would've soiled myself. Tell us your osh--, Life-threatening stories.

This was this one time I ripped my track pants. I hid it until lunch break and ran home to change. If someone say me, I would have died of embarrassment.

Ok one day I was going to my dad's house. We were sitting in the car it was dark I had my head phones on and I almost fell asleep when all of a sudden my mom starts pulling over because she sees lights behind us. Out of no where this car shoots the gap between us and another car almost taking out the right side of the car and then the police gun it after the other car. It turns out it was a high speed chace and about 100 yards from the spot where we almost got creamed the criminal drove into the median and flipped. Thats my brush with death.

[/quote] THat seems pretty scary, even though I got lost in the middle. above I live on LI and she goes to school in the Bronx.

Well, this one time at band camp... OT: Umm i was driving today, and i'm a new driver, but all grown-ups who have driven with me say im a good driver. And we were driving then a tractor trailer went by me and it pushed me to the right, then sucked me towards him, to the left, my dad jerked the wheel. We were laughing about it later, i didnt even turn the wheel and it sucked me into his lane...

I was at pacific mall parking lot; driving past a row of parking spots and then on the other side of the row, a giant SUV turns and then speeds up dramatically and just barely stops a foot away from my car and almost hits us. I screamed. And I was in the car with my brother, sister and mom.

I almost got hit by a car while I was crossing the street at a pedestrian controlled stoplight. The light was red and the guy stopped right before me. I was half asleep that day, so I was kinda just like, oh... Whatever, and kept walking. :o

Well, I was walking home from a friend's house and I was taking a short cut from a turn. This drunk tries the turn at like 100 mph and car starts to barrel roll a foot in front of me after I stopped to pick upphone which I had dropped. So I guess a cell phone saved my life.
