Tornado spin is useful once maxed. The fact that u can push the monsters in front of you then US them to death slash storm isn't used quite as much besides gallos that i know of. Slash storm makes you move away from the monster. From this guide on basil it says that FATSUS combo is faster. But in terms of iframes Only bloody storm has it but u still get hit if u bump into one after usuage I suggest going with tornado spin but it'll take a while if u can't get it maxed or get FA to 10 to actually see results

Slash storm because you get Bloody Storm later on, which becomes very helpful for training between 70-80. Also, it's more beneficial to max bloody storm since its only 10 points. Tornado spin because mobbing is essential for training and this move does it the best. However, it'll slow down leveling the rest of your skills since it's level 20. Bloody storm becomes more efficient for training until you get maxed upper stab and at least 11 or 21 mirror image. Then maxing Tornado spin becomes essential.

Slash Storm: Useless at the moment except for invincibility frames and dodging, but is replaced with Bloody Storm at level 70-- one of your main attack moves. FaBsUs provides MUCH better invincibility than FaTsUs, but with the current defense formulas, the damage isn't as great. IF YOU DO NOT MAX THIS SKILL BY 55, PREPARE TO GO THROUGH HELL AFTER 70. If you want decent exp and still be able to loot mesos and items while maintaining invincibility, FaBsUs is your main combo. Tornado Spin: A great skill that is used a lot right when you get it. It Rushes large amounts of mobs, so you can Triple Stab them off really easily. After level 70, it's used in the FaTsUs combo, which isn't too great for invincibility but helps kill monsters continuously, as opposed to Bloody Storm's gather-a-mob-then-kill-it-off-completely style. If you don't care about invincibility or looting mesos and items after level 70, FaTsUs is your main combo.

i would go with slash storm because you don't really need Ts for pushing because there is flying assaulter which pushes the monsters way better then ts when its maxed and when you max slash storm you can get bloody storm with is 2x as better and its good for gathering mobs and having good control against bosses. use bloody storm to move to the opposite side of which the boss is attacking so you don't get hit a lot. GO FOR SLASH STORM!
