Pretty much anyone who votes 8-10 is kidding themselves. Unless of course they haven't yet experiences D/cs, hackers, glitches, Nexon's horrible customer service, etc, etc, etc. In which time they will.

Lmao people seem to forget that maplestory IS NOT the only game nexon owns. Hell yeah they're a great corp. Now if you wanna talk about maplestory customer service specifically, yeah they're not that great. They have tons of other stuff to keep track of also though.

[/quote] Are you serious? Now that is really, REALLY messed up D: I'm wondering whether the people who nominated Nexon ever played Maplestory, and ever submitted a ticket. Now THAT might get them to change their minds.

For how they make money, 10/10. I mean come on, they put ridiculous prices on Cash Items(Pam's Song) and they still sell probably thousands daily. However for customer service and making the consumer happy, I'd say like a 5/10. They keep updates coming bi-monthly at the least and monthly at times, Which is always nice. Though the hacking, botting, glitches, dc's and customer ticket system are rather meh.
