i recommend resting from MS or playing your computer, because it happened to me once when i played 10 hours non-stop. Or try advil,tynol, or any headache medicine ur docter gives you.

Do you feel cold in the middle of the night, even when it's hot and you have like three layers of blanket? If you do, go to the doctor. You got a serious problem that leads to death. Something to do with your sugar level dramatically dropping.

When you eat certain things, it raises your sugar level. Like for example, going to a buffet, its almost a sin not to eat, so you stuff yourself. When you sleep to rest your body, your body must put your sugar level back to normal. And so it does whatever nessary to do it, in some cases, it causes death.
