HB and SE Clothes?

Hey everyone So i heard there are HB and SE Clothese.. eh? :P can anyone explain to me how to get them and how they work i've never seen them around Off topic: This person sent me a basil link but when i click it i go to homepage. help with that pl0x Thanks

Use a potential scroll on a lvl 70+ bottom, cube it a few times, and there's a chance you'll get "Decent HB" which adds 40% hp/mp. You just have to have it in your inventory in order to have the skill.

People in windia sell HB for 250m so you can get the skill, and haste for about 10m. SE can't be bought only made on a level 120+ Glove.

Put on another equip over it. Shoes,Overall/Bottom,Helm. You will still have the skill in your skill book under the first tab.
