Cassandra's Owl of Minerva Quest Question

So i log in and see this: [Spirit Week Event] NPC Cassandra will reward you with the "Owl of Minerva" if you keep her Candle burning for 1 hour. (above Lv.10) Then i wanted to do the quest, so i visit Cassandra and gave me only 1 quest for killing a Snowman and i did it.. got only 5200 exp for and after that i did'nt get any other quest from cassandra! So is the quest to get Owl of Minerva glitched or does anyone have a sollution for it how to get it?
