i find all these scrolled deadly fins but i cant find a clean one in fm and no1 will answer me when i ask them how much... D: can any1 please tell me? im in bellocan and i only have 11mill thanx :D

The maker skill is achieved from a series of quests availible at level 45 from some dude in Magatia.

You take three quizzes. I think you pay 10k each quiz. Two are in the same town and one you need to travel to elnath for. It's easy but getting things like monster crystals to use the skill seemed like to much of a hassle.

They're pretty cheap, most likely less than a mil. You could probably just hunt one from Mr. Anchors since the drop rate is like 1000% higher now.
