Whats Wrong with 90% Potentials

I used them on all my equips and on my SCG's it blows up i buy another SCG's it blows up again in less then 10 mins i lost 800m what are your experiences with 90% Potentials

Well, a lot of people look at 90% as "Oh its close enough to 100 so it will work on almost everything", but it isn't that way..sadly. They will work more than fail, but just look at it as just what it is. A good chance to pass, but at the same time it can easily fail. I do start to wonder if the percentages are correct though... Edit: I blew up a 109 2 slot sky ski with one :D. Only bad story lol.

Isn't failing a 90% sorta like Getting a 10% to work? That's just how I look at it though, :P

Just because it says "90%" chance of success, doesn't mean it's exactly 90%. Hell, it's possible to fail several. Think about how many people pass multiple 30%s. Or how many people pass all 60%s. If you want to "see statistics", then you'll know that just to do a basic calculation on whether the scrolls work at ABOUT 90% of the time... You'll need hundreds, or even thousands of them. Use them all, the percentages will most likely even out. 20 may fail in a row, but the next 50 or so could work. It varies, but with a large enough amount, it'll even out.

Protip: Statistics doesn't work on small test groups. You can't scroll 3 items, have 1 blow, and claim the scrolls are not actually 90%. Scroll 100million items and see your results then. Don't forget that you can't rely on 1/10. Just cause you failed one doesn't mean you can't fail the next 3 in a row.

lol 3 of my capes i adv pot blew up while my 2 pescas 1 dkhanjar glasses 4th cape ravana helm worked but it was so fast lol in one day i decided to pot 3 pretty decent capes 1 pac and they all blew up on me in a row lol
