Greed's effect on Meso Guard?

I noticed in the balance patch notes that Greed is a 4th job skill that effects all meso-based skill. How will it effect Meso Guard? With Greed maxed with Meso Guard use up less meso per hit taken? Or will Meso Guard come to block more than 50% of the total damage given? I read the guide for the BB on the Basil Market home page, and was still confused by the wording of the description. Please answer these questions below and as always: Thanks in advance! :D

It decreases the damage taken and the amount of mesos used if i remember correctly

Basically -70% less damage maxed on Meso Guard. It also powers up all Meso skills.

Greed boosts Meso Guard's damage blocking by 10%. So you take 40% damage. It also reduces Meso Guard's meso consumption by 20%. So you lose 41% of the reduced damage in mesos. Before BB: 2000 damage becomes 1000 damage. You lose 610 meso. After BB: 2000 damage becomes 800 damage. You lose 328 meso.

Both. You only take 40% of Damage receive. Meaning that if a Monster normally hits you 1000, it will hit you 500 with Meso Guard and no Greed. And 400 with Meso Guard And Maxed Greed. Also the Meso Consumption decreases by 20% when maxed. From 61% to 41% For more information on Bandits or Chief Bandits (Not Shadowers yet) there is a guide in the 1st page of the Bandits/Shadower Forum you might to check out.
