I consider rich someone who is rich enough to fund themselves and be a damage hoar. :] Someone with more than Max Mesos. I consider that rich.

Hah. These days? Rich..3.5b? Try 20+ Maple economy is ruined. Its so fail it not even funny. 3.5b? Seriously, you cant get "rich" in a game in 2 weeks of playing. If you compare ratios from the original economy of maple, "rich" would probably be about 100b. Argh, i cant really put this into words right now, but the point is, being "rich" is meaningless.
