Full Swing Skill, can an EXPERT please HELP the poor?

Firstly: Willing to Pay 1Mill if you solve my problem, must be Windia. If not, then the help would be greatly appreciated :] Okay so I got to Lv.70 todays on my Aran and Advanced. Then I go to Neineheart to get the Full Swing Skill, and guess what? She doesn't have it! So I searched around in the forums everywhere, googled it and got info about it that I need to complete the Prequests, before I get the skill. So I check my "Quests" and see if I have done so, and I couldn't find any that were related to it. So I go to Ellin, assuming that the Quest lightbulb would lighten me, but guess what? No lightbulb. So I got pissed and went to every NPC related to that quest but none of them had the "Lightbulb", or the "Quest Complete" sign or the 'Quest in progress sign". So right now I am on my Aran with no Full Swing at all and I hate it since I leveled 70 times, just to know that I have a skill missing. Short: - Can't find the skills, quest, pre-quests, nor do all the NPCs related to quest have any sign above them. - Already looked in the Complete, In Progress and Available section in the Quest, yet still can't find any NPCs related to the quest. - I am pretty sure I did not do the Lv.63 and Lv.68 pre-quests for the skill, I don't know about the ones before that. - Lightbulb did not appear when I went to Ellin - Check each and every NPC out besides Link , because she is in a place where I can't get to... - Don't have a clue on what to do now. Can any EXPERT Aran or someone who has gone through the Similar experience Please help. Thanks~ EDIT: For those of you that are wondering about which NPCs I checked, Here: Link . I have checked each NPC at least 3 times related to this quest, none of them are responding. Its been couple hours since my Adv now... SOLUTION FOUND! Thanks A TON! to <3 dannyboy975 and others who contributed to this thread and tried to help. he PMed me with the solution, " dannyboy975 said (Aug 31, 8:44pm) Hey I saw your thread and I had the same exact problem. I posted numerous amounts of threads and then got suspended :x Anyway, there is a quest you have to do but its not in your quest log. Go to Ellin Forest and go to Hellena's house and go upstairs. Then a thing will appear on the chat screen and say find the stone or whatever, and then you have to use your mouse andlook through the books until you find it. Then go back to Hellin and talk bla bla bla. Then go back to Tru and then he'll say stuff then you'll need to go to Rien and talk to that girl (forgot her name). Then she'll say to go to Neinhart and boom! you get it " Thanks a TON to dannyboy975, you are my Superman!, well in Maple atleast. You saved me from losing hope, Love you BRO.

You kinda have to do the level 63 and 68 pre-quests for fullswing ._.

Just keep walking into Ellin. It'll appear soon. Just go to the girl thats good at martial arts/with the gun in her hand. Finish that quest, then it'll activate the 68 quest.

Go to Ellin Forest and talk to Athena Pierce / Helena or whatever. You need to start a new quest that's not on your list. I remember I had trouble with that too.

You have to do all of the quests, hence "Required". And you are telling me you got to level 70 without push? :O

Shadowfade Aranboy1999 MagicFever I have done numerous amount of things. I have talked to each and every NPC that deals with this quest, none of them seem to respond, as if I never started it. And if I don't have the quest, then how the heck am I am suppose to start one? I have been in Ellin for couple hrs, gone back and forth to Victoria and Ellin like atleast 3 times, trying to know where to start the quest from. Have checked all the NPCs related to the quest and I can't seem to start it. Please Help >:O Am willing to give 2.5Mill if you solve it before the SC starts tomorrow.

err, did you talk to athena pierce in elllin forest, she's in a house somewhere there. Can't remember exactly where. You said you didn't talk to her because you can't reach her anymore, but i'm pretty sure she's in some hous in ellin forest.

What Job-related quests do you have in the available or in progress section? "Required" or not, try doing them all and see if that does anything.

nickdemage Athena Pierce is now named "Helena" and I already talked to her, she has nothing for me. Vipercrazex In "Available" I have the quests: "Tristan's Successor", "The Gifted Carnivalian" and "The Carnivation of Absolute Victory". I know for sure none of these quests have to do anything with the Skill Quest. In the "In Progress" section, I don't have any "Job" quests.
