SE only on reverse gloves?

Hi Basilers! My question is rather simple; Can you get the decent SE skill only from reverse gloves? in my case, on reverse thief gloves? Also, from what equipment can i get HB? Any help is appreciated.

My Characters: iWillMelt - 120 Broa Aran in Hope

I've seen "Decent HB" skill on a bunch of Lvl 100+ Bottoms and Overalls, but Lvl 100+ tops should be able to get them too. xD For "Decent SE," I've seen lots of people asking to buy SCGs with the skill on them, but I'm not sure whether it's even possible since I haven't seen any of those. xD

Probably not seeing as the real sharp eye is a level 120 skill, it would make sense only if 120 equipment would be able to have it.

They come up from time to time. Was working with my girlfriend on purchasing a Lvl 100 Thief overall with Decent HB on it, but the seller seems to have disappeared off the face of the planet. xD

Decent SE only comes from reverse glvoes. Decent HyperBody only comes from 70+ equips.

Quoting Lachrymus/JellyFlower on SP : "As to getting HB on overalls, it's impossible, I have cubed my overall 600 times and it had never appeared. I did 3 cubes on pants after unique and it appeared, same with haste shoes. Door helm took 7 or 10 before it appeared." So, yeah. HB is only from 70+ pants, and SE would be from Reverse gloves, as they're the only known 120+ gloves to exist right now.
