Whats Better? Potential or Plain Stats for Low Dex?

Hey everyone If im a low dex DB with 75 Base and 90 dex total atm, what would be better for me? 2% Dex Earrings for 4.5m or 6 dex 2 luk earrings for 5mil? or Other? i dont want to waste too much on earrings cause im getting a zhelm soon ! BELLOCAN PRICES PLEASE !

Unless they are extremely nice, % quips are best for primary stats, and +stat is best for secondary stats. A theif with 130 DEX with 2% DEX earrings would only get 2.6 DEX, a +6 DEX earring would be twice as much. %''s dont start getting good for secondary stats until over 10%. Primary stats are different, a theif with 700 LUK and put on a pair of 2% LUK earring would get +14 LUK, thats a considerable difference for the same %. So until you can afford high % quips for your secondary stat, stick with +stat.

I always thought low dex is somewhere in the 60~70 range. Anywhos, the higher the % the better.

Low-Dex is anything lower than what Reg-Dex is. As long as the amount of Dex you have is lower than the amount needed at your level (example: 60 dex at level 50) it's technically Low-Dex. Reg-Dex is equal to how much you need at your level (90 dex at level 50). High-Dex is higher than the amount needed at your level (120 Dex at level 50).
