I think he means normal mobs, not bosses, very hard bosses aswell

Well, I would say try go to neo city slimes (I went there and found an enhancement scroll) probably don't have highest drop rate but really easy to kill/not pot burning and they dropped an equip like every 5 minutes + (silver/red slimes drop lvl 80 earrings and silver also drops 60)
