Money Training Spots

Hi Basil. I was wondering if someone could list spots where I/L and F/P's can train, and still earn mesos at the same time, preferably Level 40+ spots. I say I/L and F/P's because Clerics are on a completely different level with they're training (undead). I heard MP3 was pretty good for 55+. So any suggestions? PS: Also please list important items the mobs drop. Thanks again Basil.

unlike all of you guys.. I DID QUESTING TILL 50! NYAHAHA! then grupin'd till 60, cpqed till 70, :D this was my 2nd mage after my I/L. and gohd, it was hard understanding the Universe of Maplestory, but i got through it! hehe, can't forget the time that i sold a helm dex 60% for 200k

The map is flat with a resting place at the top and it is in Kerning Square, accessed through Kerning Subway.
