4 ATK Belt w/ Potential

I chaos scrolled a Witches Deep Blue Belt two days ago. It turned out 4 Atk on the last chaos scroll, and I just realized it has 3 M. Atk too. I potentialed it for fun and it got +5 All Stat, + 5 Dex, + 45 W. Def. Does anyone know how much this is worth?

I don't think it's 2 bil. Currently, it's a Black belt w/ 3 100% int scrolls on it. The 3 lines is nice, but has 0 weapon atk, so I'd say it's like 400m MAX. The value may be substantially lower than 400m, because I dunno what it's worth exactly. Edit: Oh just re-read it. It's 4 w atk + 3 magic lol. I thought your last chaos turned a 4 w atk into 0. >.< I'd say it's ~500m?

[/quote] Not sure if I'm reading this properly, but didn't TS state that it has 4 attack? :| I re-read it like 5 times looking for where he states it has 0 attack. Anywhoo's, probably 700m ish +
