Hi, Sorry for this Noobish question but, Do you still need to do some sort of a questline to be able to go to Neo city? Thank you in advance.

Then do all the quests from the first place to go to the 2nd and so on. Remember, one of the quests in the first place is a compelete pain in the butt. You need to gather 20 papers, and i needed 45 min on 2x for 1 to drop :/

yea... im stuck getting those sketchbook papers... i get more items more often then i get those etc papers :s
