Just SP because of major skill changes. They want the money from the AP stat build changes that people will do. It will help to pay for the work of BB patch.

I think it'd suck for high lvl thieves because they won't get the extra hp.

KMS received Full SP Resets only because the skill mastery levels were altered/more skills were added/etc., making them inevitable. Full AP Resets would be useless seeing as how stats aren't changed enough for everyone to have inferior builds. I doubt Nexon America would give us entire AP Resets without any reason.
