Why can you only do bpq 7 Times?

In BPQ (balrog party quest) why can you do 7 times a day? why not constant? We might lv to much?

i heard at lv 55 it gives you 1 lvl so req lvl - lv 55 or something will give you 1 lvl

260k Exp for 15 minutes, yeah thats good from 50 ~ 60 My belief is that it will drag people away from CPQ, grinding etc. Tbh 1.4mil exp is pretty good still, about 1-2 levels a day however the bad thing is alot of people finish the 7 times and BPQ is usually deserted. Oh yeah btw, does normal mode count towards the 7 times a day?

The easy stage is 260k per completion. I was wondering the same time. If you think about it, if they allowed you to do it as many times as you wanted, 50-70 would be way too easy! xD
