EDIT:It ended up getting sold for 100m pretty quickly.. did I underprice it a bit too much? lol 4 STR, 6 DEX EPIC Potential: 6% LUK, +10 STR, +5 All I know the 6% LUK is pretty much useless, but I know it's worth something considering the fact that it is a 3 line epic item, not to mention it being 30 stat clean if the buyer wishes to not cube it. Anyone have any idea for the price on this? (Bera) Thanks for any feedback.

I think you made a fair deal. The person wouldn't buy it unless they were cubing it anyway, which you weren't going to do, so it's worth a lot more to them than it is to you, which explains why it was sold quickly.
