osss armor permanent

how do u make the osss armor permanent? i heard that if u use crystanol on it, it does, but i went to the lab and i cant get any crystanol so how do u make it permanent?

From my understanding in part 3 theres a pq where you get Crystanol Molecules. The more you collect the larger a chunk of crystanol you can make, the largest making it permanent.

Still this seems impossible Crystanol has like 4 stages before becoming a Whole Crystanol Lets say you need 10 of each to get to 1 stage, then another 10 to get to stage 2 Each jump quest can be made in 2 mins or less, you gotta spend like 20k minutes to get 1 Whole Crystanol Lifeless much ?

hmm. why does it matter the armour sucks... if you cant get any good potential on it theres no point in having it... lvl 0 equipment= bad potential stats.. the only thing worth getting are the weapons and the belt/pendent which i believe are going to be perma but you have to do a PQ and fight a boss for it..
