Deputy Star Glitch?

I turned in my bigfoot toe twice and I didn't get a deputy star. Is this a glitch? I wasted 10 mill on 2 toes :'(

You get the Deputy Star if you do all of Lita's quests once. It's not JUST the Bigfoot quest, it's just that that quest is usually the most difficult to complete. God forbid Basil have logic.

You have to do the quest where you turn in a Jack O' Lantern head (from HH) , turn in 30 Soiled Rags, and turn in 30 Lucky Charms for those 3 other quests before you can get the dep star quest

yes. I did all the other quests. I already turned it in a long time ago. However I did press on them again because they can be repeated 2x.

You have to do like 3 other quests not just the BF toe one.
