I think my parents used my money without telling me ;-;

Ok well for my birthday last year my grandma gave me $1,200 (I'm not spoiled there's a reason for the amount she gave me), then for my graduation she gave me $100. So i i got $1,300. Now my birthday is coming and i was planning on buying a mac with my the money my grandmother gave me which was $1,300. So then today, i ask my mom ''my money is in my bank account ... right?'' then she smiled and hesitated a little bit and said ''yes'' then i was like '';_____________; okay ;-;'' So basil if my parents used my money from my bank account without telling me / without me knowing, what can i do? Is it illegal or something? I'm sure if i told my grandma that my dad (her son) and mom used my money that SHE gave ME, she would tell / yell at my dad to repay me back. (not sure yet). So what should i do basil? :x

Yeah, it wasn't at you, it was at the topic at hand. Also, I don't see how his grandmother giving him $1200 dollars for undisclosed reasons is worthy of being labeled spoiled. Obviously she, as his family member, had a reason to do so based on whatever premises she devised. So no, that's not relevant to the thread. Unless you're trying to portray that being spoiled means that your Parents are allowed to take advantage of you or something. But that would be silly.

Who is going to take care of the parents when they are too old to fend for themselves? The child. It's a logical response.

[/quote] remember what I said before about the kid not "owing" per se, just that I believe a child should be willing to help out if able/necessary. good second point though. @above, i've had this discussion already...

Cash you lost.. maybe: $1,300 wow shut up. what a horrible way to look at the costs of your parents raising you... it's his money and some times parents do need a little extra cash, they should have asked first.
