Dual blade skill package ?

Hello , I'm currently lvl 50 ,i went to check the cash shop for price of theire skill , but i cannot find the package?Any idea why i cant see or they get taken away?

The dual blade packages were limited time. You can still get the skills but no discount, sorry :/
