Job Advancement! What should I do?

I just hit level 54 last night, and I am about to begin the advancement quests. Now I know that before I advance, I nee to use all my SP I have, only problem is, I didn't buy the mastery books from the Cash Shop. Now I do not expect any NX any time soon, so I'm out of luck there. I only have around 130mil on my account, which I don't believe is enough. So, I ask you Basilers, should I waste my SP on useless skills and advance? Or should I somehow (please post) get thr Mastery Books? Btw, if there are any spelling errors or what not in this, I do apologize, I am typing this up on my Iphone. EDIT: Oh ya, I forgot, can anyone tell me a good SP build for levels 55-70? I have been using the ultimate duel balde guide so far and it says to have 1 point in the tornado thing (lmao sorry, I forgot the name.) and 9 points in FJ. Is that corret?

You need slash storm maxed to use bloody storm.

And bloody storm is a useless skill except for killing huge mobs of weak monsters (which you shouldn't be training on) or in a very dangerous / highly mobbed place due to invincibility frames. However FATSUS is still almost as good as FABSUS with heavy mobs. I don't know how you could get the mastery books... D:. I'd just advance.
