After BB how do F/P mages level?

During the cooldown for the ultimate do F/P mages use Poison Mist or Paralyze?

Poison and Ice lightning dont have cooldown after BB when maxed.

I plan on leveling at ToT- it's been fine for me so far. I've been using FA on RoR mobs and mist/paralyze should be great at Oblivion.

I like how a lot of the vertical maps in KMS now have bottom to top teleport spots to make training on them easier.

in 4th job alot of the trining is done with paralyze i saw some guy hitting 600ks with each paralyze

pkmnking It's said in [red/]. If YOU check what it says on the beginning of the guide, it'll say what's in red is PRE-BB. So there's a cooldown, otherwise the '30 seconds cooldown' would've been removed.
