I'm in yellonde and I wanna buy some for my wind archer -.- Do they even still have them?

You don't need to buy them, just do lita lawless's quest, cleaning up the streets, where you kill 200 electrophants and 200 gryphons

I think you can buy them from some person in NLC/Haunted Mansion if you become an ally of the Raven Ninja Clan or something. Check Hidden Street.

You can buy 2k for 40k mesos at CWK, but you have to do some prequests first. Very useful if you have lower-leveled friends who want items such as icies or diamond arrows, cause they are very cheap.

Do the Phantom Tree quest given by the guy in Dead Man's Gorge, and you'll be able to buy them. But seriously, once you get a decent level of Soul Arrow, you'll never use arrows again.

Don't bother if you're using soul arrow, as soul arrow disregards any damage upgrades from arrows and such.

Although Diamond arrow appears to increase your damage range in both your AP page and the damage you deal on the monster, the damage is actually server sided when using Soul Arrow. So what you see yourself dealing is actually not the damage that is being dealt to the monster. So unless you are thinking of using diamond arrows without SA, then I don't recommend you even trying to get them. There was a thread on basil before of a guy clearly showing proof of it. I don't think the thread exists anymore since it was probably more than one year ago. If you want though you could easily test it out by equipping the right set of equips and weapon to hit just over the monster hp when using a diamond arrow and you'll see that the monster won't die from the damage boost a diamond arrow grants, or any other arrow for that matter, while using Soul Arrow.
