Low Str vs Strless

I was wondering if strless would be best now that the new Vip weapons are coming out next week or if it would be best to cap my str around 60.

I think it would be better to cap. Even if you went STRless and used a VIP Gun, I'm pretty sure someone who capped and used a Lv.80 Overall (and the VIP Gun, obviously) would benefit more because of potential boosts. Edit: Are you playing a Pirate? ._.
