Point of leveling with BB close?

Whats the point of getting higher when you know you can do it 10 times as fast in BB ;/, and with BB soon (within 3-4 months) Im just going to merchant till then i guess

3-4 months isn't that quick with school about to start people just want to level as much as possible now because they most likely will spend less time on maple then

Ill prob end up playing 3 hours max a week during school, but with all the new stuff, I can reach higher levels much easier, while I spend more of my time on more productive things, since merching is half waiting for me.

glare1993 Yes well know one knows when BB will really come to GMS so I wouldn't want to wait for it to come and then end up having to wait until next year.

Lol.. I dunno, I think BB was a huge mistake.. I can't really say my final thought 'til the patch is released but from what I see in videos, not to excited.

That's exactly what im wondering. What's the point of leveling over 3-4 months, as when the patch lands, I would be able to catch up on the level i would be, much faster. Okay, im not making sense, so same applies here. Crime [above]: BB seems like the perfect patch. Increasing resolution, balancing skills, and catering to the more casual player so they can experience all the end-game features, while still requiring much effort to level past 150.

You don't know that it's that close, and the point of leveling before it gets here is so that when it gets here you don't have to focus on leveling to get those cool new skills one by one, you'll already have leveled enough to get them immediately.

Because when BB comes the exp required drops but also 2x from family rep gets nerfed to 1.2x and all the lvls of monsters go up meaning you cant train on skeles til 16x due to the new accuracy formula. meaning you need to be higher lvl to train on the monsters we do now, but the exp is the same. so overall, we will be lvling at the same speed, just gaining less exp and requiring less exp.

[/quote] True. But, also false. People are getting to level 70 in two days without 2x in KMS. Try that now.
