WTF is happening in Bellocan FM?

There's a hacker in bellocan FM ch1, and it's epic. There are animations of every monster attack I've ever seen and more all crashing down on one spot. It's craaaaazy. Check it out youself. They didn't get the best part: a huge beam of blue that covered a quarter of the screen from top to bottom. edit3: As stated below, it started again. It's still going as of 10:43... That's at least 30 minutes of GM failure. :D
