Where did they learn to speak English?

I just watched Avatar (I know i'm late) And i'm just wondering, where the heck did the Na'vi learn to speak English? And when Jake Sully meets that girl, she speaks broken english, but 10 minutes later she speaks fluently?

She learned it from the Lead Scientist. It said that she had a School for the Na'avi or whatever they are.

The Na'Vi were teached by that other lady who had an Avatar. And Na'Vi girl didn't learn English in ten minutes. They showed it day by day scenes.

They say at one point of the movie, when the humans first came, they opened schools like that female scientist worked/established that taught english. The red head women.
