Aran Full Swing Quest. Need Help :(

Hi guys, i know there are many of these threads floating around but none seemed to help. For some silly reason the quest after the third job advancement did not show up over my head. i'm almost positive i completed all of the required job quests because there are no more job quests on the list. If anybody has some suggestions they would be greatly appreciated :D

this you gotta go to ludi and go to the right tower and go iniside the time thing at the top and once you get in the light bulb for full swing will automatically appear
