You know it says the skill, says max Level. 1st is after BB 2nd is before. So for Genesis, it had no cooldown, now it does. 30 seconds.

They should have reduced the cooldown to maybe 10seconds. No cooldown is CLEARLY stupid, a 30 second cooldown is also CLEARY stupid.

Learn to read guys.. THERE STILL IS A COOLDOWN This here are all the skills, not just the changed/updated ones. Underneath the current max level, I have put in red the skill as it was before BigBang. Max level 30: -380 MP, 1500% damage to up to 15 enemies, 10 seconds of 220% damage each second, 30 seconds cooldown. [red]Max level 30: -2900 MP, 620 basic attack to up to 15 enemies, no cooldown.[/red]
