d/c hacked and now locked(i think)

okay so guys i been d/c hacked while in jesters -.- when i came bak i started training again and the guy d/ced me again next time i went back he warned me hes gonna lock my account and never go on that acc again. what should i do? how i prevent it and fix it? i heard of a packet tracer and blocker will that help? basil help plz and serious answers plz. oh ya and anyone in bera watch out for hoards (hes the d/c hacker)

He can only keep disconnecting you. He has no acces to your account unless you gave him the information.

By lock he means, when ever he logs in he is being d/c hacked already like a... 24/7 d/c -.-, His charcter is being d/ced when ever he logs on so technically, His character IS locked.
